Spall & Harvey Animal Hospital is a veterinary clinic in Kelowna, BC, providing compassionate care for dogs and cats. Our Kelowna veterinarians offer wellness exams, pet vaccinations, dog dental and cat dental care, parasite prevention, microchipping, nutrition support, surgical services, and preventive care.

Harsh Joshi

BVSC & AH, DVM

Dr. Harsh Joshi graduated from Punjab Agricultural University in 2011. After graduation, he provided veterinary care for large animals until 2018, when he decided to move to Canada. He completed the veterinary licensing requirements through the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatchewan and spent 2.5 years working at a small animal clinic in Kamloops.

Dr. Joshi eventually settled in Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan, where he continues to provide compassionate veterinary care for dogs and cats. Outside the animal hospital, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Rohini, his son, Nitay, and their domestic shorthair cat, Rosé. He also enjoys daily walks and runs with his son.

BarinderPal Sidhu

BVSC & AH, DVM

Dr. BarinderPal Sidhu graduated from Punjab Agricultural University in 2011 alongside Dr. Joshi. He completed his veterinary licensing requirements through the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatchewan before working at a small animal clinic in Airdrie, Alberta, for two years.

Dr. Sidhu later moved to Kelowna with his wife, Monica, and son, Kabir. At Spall & Harvey Animal Hospital, he provides veterinary care for dogs and cats. Outside the clinic, he enjoys travelling, photography, outdoor activities, and visiting family and friends. He also loves spending time with his two rescue cats, Triskit and Lettuce. Settling down in the Okanagan had been a dream for both Dr. Sidhu and Dr. Joshi since their vet school days together.

I joined Spall & Harvey Animal Hospital in 2022 and have loved being part of a team that cares so deeply for our patients and their families.
I especially enjoy working with cats and getting to know their unique personalities. One of my favourite parts of veterinary medicine is hearing about the special bond people share with their pets and the joy they bring to their lives. I enjoy working alongside pet parents to understand their concerns and help find the best possible solutions for their beloved companions.
I can’t wait to meet you and your pets and be a part of their care!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had a soft spot for animals. Growing up around dogs deepened that love, and now I have my own fur baby, Cassie, an 8-year-old Cocker Spaniel. I’m excited to bring my experience and passion to Spall & Harvey Animal Hospital.

As a little girl, I always dreamed of working in a vet clinic. Growing up, I was surrounded by animals, including dogs, cats, small animals, and reptiles. I also volunteered at the local SPCA. I recently moved to Kelowna with my dog, Kilo, and cat, Boomer.

My name is Ashley, and I graduated from The Centre for Arts and Technology here in Kelowna. After graduating, I joined Spall & Harvey Animal Hospital to gain experience in veterinary medicine. In the future, I hope to become a veterinary technician, or possibly a veterinarian.

I grew up at Big White, and I joined the Spall and Harvey team in 2025. I have always owned animals and had a passion for pet care. My favourite dog breed is the Bichon Frise! I have two guinea pigs at home named Taki and Ruffles. I am excited to continue my journey at the clinic, helping pets and pet parents receive the best care possible!
